We will ship the order upon receipt of check or money order.

FAX ORDERS:  Indicate the items you would like to purchase by description, color, quantity and/or size.  Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date.  Fax to:  702-240-7365.  Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address.

SALES TAX: We are required by law to add sales tax to each order that is purchased in the State of Nevada.

RETURNS: To return an item by mail, simply ship the unused product in the original container indicating the reason for the return. Mail to PO Box 370881 Las Vegas, NV 89137-0881. Packages must be returned prepaid, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is flawed from the manufacturer. All returns will be refunded to your original purchase credit card. Credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Please allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If your package was damaged in shipping by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us by email address emale@MaleSpecies.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

COLORS: Every effort has been made to portray the colors of Male Species products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colors you see depend upon the monitor you are using, Male Species cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
